First sold at 2005 San Diego Comic-Con, Gunned Down presented 10 western short stories featuring the works of PEOV, Ricardo Giassetti, Fábio Cobiaco, Rafael Coutinho, Pam Noles, Bruno D'Angelo, Jeremy Nisen, Jefferson Costa, Fábio Moon, Clayton Junior, Rafael Grampá, Shane Amaya, Gabriel Bá and me.

A lot of people asked me about the cover, questioning about the 5 dollar bill being loaded into the gun's chamber. During research I came across a story told by a gun collector: It's said that before a duel, some duelists used to put a 5 dollar bill on the chamber of their guns because that amount would be enough to pay for a decent burial in case of death. If it's true or not, I don't know. All I know is that it was perfect to be the cover of an American Old West anthology illustrated only by Brazilian artists.
